The second dwelling is on the first floor, but due to the slope the ground you only have to climb a wide but short staircase built in the purest Menorcan style.

There is a terrace at the entrance, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with a fireplace and TV, this area has large windows providing lots of light. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds( 1×2 m ) each with a full en-suite bathroom; all the bedrooms have windows to the outside, two of them go out onto a terrace.
